To qualify for store credit, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once verified, you will receive store credit for the item’s value to use toward a future purchase.

Conditions:

• The item must be unworn and unused.
• The issue must be caused by The Dolls Palace.
• Store credit cannot be converted to cash and must be used within 90 days.
